The colouring is good, a little too sketchy on the lower part, but the real problem I see is the anatomy, in some parts it's a little strange, the legs in particular, they seems 2D, too straight and flat, and the neck, it's too thin or the head should have been more to the left.

But, I like redheads, and girls in bikini, so good job :P
